Adoptable Dog Free to Veteran or Senior Citizen

A beautiful queensland mix is up for adoption at the Turlock Animal Shelter. She is spayed and approximately one year old. 

She is an outside dog and needs a home that does not have any small dogs. Her training is also coming along well according to her previous owner.

The queensland mix is free to a veteran or senior citizen, and available at a reduced cost to all others. She is available for adoption on June 23.

To adopt her, visit the Turlock Animal Shelter located at 801 S. Walnut Road in Turlock.

Teen Shot in the Rear-End by Other Teen

At about 2:20pm Wednesday afternoon, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s and Turlock Police responded to a weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 900 block of Kenwood Avenue, after several callers had reported hearing about 10 shots in the area.
