Turlock residents and businesses are currently experiencing an outage in their Charter services, including phone, internet, and TV.
Charter has been notified of the outage affecting the area and currently have workers seeking to resolve the issue.
In June, Charter experienced an outage due to a third party fiber optic cable that caused a regional outage. That outage left people without services for over 3 hours.
Currently, services for some residents have been out for over an hour.
Automated services for Charter have detailed that multiple cities in California are experiencing an outage as well.
Charter’s Director of Southwest Communications Brian Anderson was contacted, however, the message has not been immediately returned.
While the last regional Charter outages lasted several hours, there's no word on how long this regional outage will last or an expected time of when services will be restored.
TurlockCityNews.com will have updates as information is released.
