As conversations are going strong on public education with the pending vote for education secretary Betsy Devos, the future of the Affordable Care Act, and President Donald Trump’s Executive Orders on immigration and the border wall, Congressman Jeff Denham (R-10) will be hosting a tele-town hall this evening.
While issues with the Federal government continue to mount on the minds of the public and elected leaders in the area, the tele-town hall will provide an opportunity to gauge the Congressman as he listen to constituents.
Congressman Denham’s Facebook posts regarding healthcare and the Affordable Care Act generated significant conversation among his constituents. His comments on the Affordable Care Act generated 91 comments and his Facebook statement on President Trump’s controversial immigration order generated 201 comments.
Sign ups for the tele-town hall will continue until 2 p.m. on Feb. 6, with the town hall itself beginning at 6 p.m. the same day. This town hall is open only to California District 10 constituents only.
