Interim Police Chief Holds Monthly Coffee with the Chief Event

Turlock Interim Police Chief Steven Williams held his monthly Coffee with the Chief event at 8:30am this past Saturday.

Amongst the topics discussed were cannabis, body-worn cameras, homelessness, mental health, sideshows, traffic safety, and much more. Williams stated that he enjoys holding the event each month and being given the opportunity to interact with the members of the community he serves.

The next one is planned to be on Saturday, August 28th from 8:30am until 10am. It will be in the training room of the Public Safety Facility which is located at 244 N Broadway. Masks will be required for those not fully vaccinated, per CDC and CDPH guidelines.
