At about 6:30 pm Tuesday evening, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with no injuries at the intersection of West Taylor Road and northbound State Route 99, Turlock. The caller reported that she was just rear-ended but the driver of the vehicle who rear-ended her was causing a disturbance and refusing to give any of his information.
When officers arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. One was a white Jeep SUV and the other was a gray BMW sedan. The drivers of both vehicles, who were their only occupants, sustained no injuries.
Officers assisted with facilitating the information exchange and taking a report.
Officers determined that both vehicles were eastbound on West Taylor Road underneath the State Route 99 overpass when the white Jeep SUV rear-ended the gray BMW sedan.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were able to be driven away.
