At about 10:21 pm Saturday night, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported shooting that had just occurred outside of a bar in the 100 block of West Main Street, Turlock.
When officers arrived on scene, they found evidence of the shooting in the area and began investigating.
Officers began speaking with witnesses who told them that a group of several males got into a physical fight which continued down the street from where it began. At some point during the fight, one of the involved parties pulled out a handgun and began shooting it into the air. The involved parties then got into two vehicles, a green pickup truck and an older model year white sedan and fled the area. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate them.
No injuries were reported.
The investigation remains on-going.
