At about 5:40 pm Saturday evening, a Turlock Police officer in the area of Arco AMPM, 2301 Fulkerth Road, Turlock, spotted a subject he recognized and knew to have an active warrant in a vehicle at the gas station.
The officer got out with the subject and had dispatch confirm that his warrant was still active, which it was. The subject was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant for conspiracy. His identity is currently unknown.
