At about 6:10 pm Tuesday evening, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported sick person at a residence in the 600 block of Alpha Road, Turlock. The caller reported that he had just arrived home and found his roommate hung on a rope and not breathing.
When crews arrived on scene, they found that the victim was not breathing and pulseless. He was immediately declared deceased.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
The investigation remains on-going.
