Male Not Allowing Female to Leave Her Vehicle Arrested After Leading Officers on Foot Chase

At about 8:05 pm Tuesday night, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious person at Park Knolls Apartments, 1100 Pedras Road, Turlock. The caller reported there was a male standing in front of her vehicle not letting her leave. Eventually, when he noticed she was calling the police, he walked off.

Officers arrived in the area and began to look for the subject. Eventually, they found him and attempted to stop him, however, he refused to comply with orders and began to flee on foot.

A short time later, he was taken into custody without further incident. He was identified as Patrick Moore, 26, of Turlock.

Moore was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of resisting a peace officer.
