At about 5:46 pm Sunday evening, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at The Beer Box, 695 North Broadway, Turlock, where a female was inside the store behind the counter yelling at people, throwing items around, and attempting to steal items.
When officers arrived on scene, they got out with the female and detained her.
The clerk did not want to prosecute for anything, however, she was intoxicated and did not want to identify herself.
Jane Doe was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of public intoxication.
