At about 9:30 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Lambert Way and North Soderquist Road, Turlock, got out with Nathan Leroy Davis Sharp, 31, of Turlock, after seeing him sitting in his vehicle, recognizing him, and knowing he had warrants out for his arrest.
The officer conducted a wants and warrants check on Sharp, confirming that he had three warrants out for his arrest. Two were for burglary related charges and one was for DWI related charges.
The burglary charges stemmed from when detectives served a search warrant at Sharp’s residence after arresting him for an unrelated aggravated assault road rage incident.
The DWI charges stemmed out of Merced County.
Sharp was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
