At about 8:18 pm Friday night, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of Geer Road and West Canal Drive, Turlock.
When crews arrived on scene, they located three vehicles involved. One was a green Honda sedan, one was a white Toyota sedan, and the other was a red Dodge SUV.
Each vehicle had an unknown number of occupants, however, three patients suffered minor injuries. One of them was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital while the other two refused transport.
The green Honda sedan and white Toyota sedan sustained moderate damage and were deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring them to be towed away. The red Dodge SUV sustained minor cosmetic damage and was able to be driven away from the scene.
It is currently unknown how the collision occurred.
