At about 8:45 pm Monday night, a Turlock Police officer near Chevron, 881 North Golden State Boulevard, Turlock, on-viewed a driver, later identified as Patricia Alejo, 38, of Turlock, violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on her.
The officer made contact with Alejo and her two passengers, one of which was Fabiola Ledezma, 37, of Turlock.
When the officer conducted a records check on all three subjects, he discovered that both Alejo and Fabiola had warrants out for their arrests.
The warrants were all for petty misdemeanor charges, however, Ledezma had one that she had failed to appear for several times.
Both subjects were arrested. Ledezma was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center while Alejo was released on a citation.
