At about 8:52 pm Wednesday night, the Turlock Police Department and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with unknown injuries at the intersection of North Golden State Boulevard and West Syracuse Avenue, Turlock.

When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. One was a gray Toyota sedan and the other was a silver Schwinn bicycle.

The gray Toyota sedan had a single occupant who was not injured. The bicyclist suffered minor injuries and refused to be transported to the hospital.

The gray Toyota sedan sustained minor damage and was able to be driven away from the scene. The silver Schwinn bicycle sustained moderate damage and was deemed inoperable as a result of the collision.

It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
