On Saturday, March 25th, 2023, at 9:27 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of A St and Fourth St, Turlock, observed a driver violate the California Vehicle Code, so he made a traffic stop on him.

The officer made contact with and identified the vehicle’s three occupants, including passenger Johnte Hoskins, 25, of Alabama.

When the officer had his dispatcher run the three, he discovered that Hoskins had a fully-extraditable warrant out of Alabama for child abuse.

Hoskins was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant, awaiting extradition back to Alabama.
