On Tuesday, June 13th, 2023, at 8:10 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of Countryside Dr and Retreat Dr, Turlock, recognized and got out with a man who was the suspect in a larceny where a stolen credit card had been used.

The officer made contact with and identified the man as Adam Martin, 41, of Delhi.

During the stop, the victim’s stolen credit card was located along with some narcotics.

Martin was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of obtaining and using personal identifying information of another person for an unlawful purpose, possession of drug paraphernalia, petty theft, theft, and possession of methamphetamines.
