At about 8:09pm Tuesday night, the Turlock Fire Department and Modesto Fire Department were dispatched to a working structure fire at Regal Cinemas, 2323 W. Main Street.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a small fire in a speaker in one of the theaters that had already been extinguished by staff. Staff had also secured the power and evacuated everyone.
No injuries were reported.
At about 2:20pm Wednesday afternoon, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s and Turlock Police responded to a weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 900 block of Kenwood Avenue, after several callers had reported hearing about 10 shots in the area.
After about 12:00am Wednesday morning, Turlock Police received three separate reports of vehicles either being stolen or attempting to be stolen in the north part of town.
