Probationer Arrested With Pepper Spray and Methamphetamines

At about 11:35pm Wednesday night, Officer Rocha observed bicyclist violate the California Vehicle Code near Lander Avenue and Angelus Street, so he made a bicycle stop on him.

Rocha made contact with and identified the bicyclist as Timothy Lameira, 51, of Turlock.

When Rocha had his dispatcher run Lameira, he discovered that he was on searchable probation for possession of methamphetamines for sale.

During a subsequent probation search of Lameira, Rocha discovered that he was in possession of pepper spray and additional methamphetamines.

Obviously, Lameira was a convicted felon and thus prohibited from possessing pepper spray.

Lameira was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of a tear gas weapon by a convicted felon and possession of methamphetamines.

Teen Shot in the Rear-End by Other Teen

At about 2:20pm Wednesday afternoon, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s and Turlock Police responded to a weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 900 block of Kenwood Avenue, after several callers had reported hearing about 10 shots in the area.
