TUSD Maintenance Worker Retires After 26 Years

Turlock Unified School District said goodbye to beloved, longtime maintenance worker Vernon Storment, who retired after 26 years with the district. Storment started at TUSD in March of 1988 when he served as a custodian at Turlock High School for three years. He then worked as a THS groundskeeper for 13 years before moving on to the maintenance department for the past 10 years.

Around Turlock – September 18

City of Turlock crews continue to work on sidewalks around Turlock, as is the case with the sidewalk on Christoffersen Parkways between Walnut and Crowell roads. Several sidewalks around Turlock are currently blocked off and the uneven sidewalks are being repaired.
