TUSD To Discuss Personnel Decisions at Board Meeting

The Turlock Unified School District Board of Trustees will hold a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Professional Development Center, 1100 Cahill Ave. Cunningham Elementary School students Rachel Worthington and Thomas Sandoval, this month’s Character Counts students of the month for the trait of caring, will provide inspirational messages to begin the meeting.

While most of the stone walls along Christoffersen Parkway are covered in plants, a small portion has been cleared. The small portion, located between Geer and Fosberg roads, has been cleared around one residence, but it is unknown who cleared the foliage.

Costco customers just looking for a quick slice of pizza no longer have to worry about carrying cash on them with the new card readers installed in the food court. The Costco food court, which hasn’t really raised prices since 1991, used to only accept cash — although Costco members could pay at the register using their membership.
