On Monday, September 12th, 2022, at 6:04 am, the Turlock Police Department, Stanislaus State Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of E Tuolumne Rd and N Olive Ave, Turlock.

When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. The first one was a silver Lexus sedan and the second one was a white Ford pickup truck.

The silver Lexus sedan had a single occupant, its driver. She was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital with minor injuries. The white Ford pickup truck had two occupants, a driver and a passenger. Its driver suffered minor injuries and refused to be transported to the hospital, while its passenger did not suffer any injuries.

Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring them to be towed away.

It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
