Updated 10:25 a.m. – A car crossing railroad tracks on Olive Avenue, near Golden State Boulevard, was struck by a freight train Wednesday morning at about 8:30 a.m.

A Turlock woman was driving a gold or light brown sedan when struck by the train. Details as to how the incident occurred have not been released.
