As of 9:30 p.m. a neighborhood near California State University, Stanislaus is without power.
According to Turlock Irrigation District, the outage is affecting homes around Crowell and Walnut roads near Christoffersen Parkway.
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time, but TID crews were on route as of 9:25 p.m.
