Amelia Enloe

Amelia Enloe passed away peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2022 in Spring Valley, California. She was 80 years old. Amelia was born December 10, 1941 to Salvador Alvorado and Juanita Reyes. Amelia was one of 8 siblings. She married her husband, Gene Lloyd Enloe, on February 11, 1961 in Mexico. They celebrated their 60th anniversary together. Amelia worked in retail as a buyer and manager of men’s clothing until she retired in 1991. She will be most remembered for her warm, loving and outgoing fun personality.
Amelia was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Enloe; and her siblings, Michael Alvorado, Beatrice Martinez, Lillian Rangel, Daniel Alvorado and Celia Atwood.
She is survived by her sister, Lucy Castro; her children, Wendy Hutzler, Cindy Bowen and Gene Enloe; her sons-in-law, David Bowen and Robert Hutzler; and her grandchildren, Jeff Bowen, Whitney Bowen, Meagen Enloe, Brianne Eaton, Kyle Bowen, Kirsten Hutzler, Richard Enloe and Joseph Hutzler, as well as her cherished 6 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is being held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist road, Turlock, CA in the Main Chapel.
