A free electronic waste recycling event was held over the weekend in the Valley View Center, located on the corner of Monte Vista Avenue and Geer Road.
Turlockers dropped off their old TVs, appliances, computers, and even a treadmill during the free event, and the large stacks of e-waste could be seen from passersby on Geer Road.
