One Turlocker decided to take an off-road joyride on Thursday, thrashing a local storm drainage basin.
The unknown driver was allegedly doing donuts in the grassy basin at the corner of North Quincy Road and East Hawkeye Avenue, tearing up the turf in the process. Many nearby residents use the basin as a park.
