Turlock’s night owls have just one option to get their shopping done: Walmart.
The Walmart on Fulkerth Road, seen here, is open from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight daily. Its closest competitor, Target, is open from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m. except on Sundays, when it closes at 10 p.m.
But most locally-owned shops close much, much earlier, making it difficult for those who work to shop local.
