At least two injuried after collision Saturday night

On Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at 10:02 pm, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of E Olive Ave and N Golden State Blvd, Turlock.

When officers arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. The first was a gray 2022 Jeep Wrangler and the second was a white 2017 Nissan Maxima.

At least two patients were ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

The gray Wrangler sustained moderate damage, while the white Maxima sustained major damage. Both vehicles were deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring them to be towed away.

It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.

A witness to the collision, Ashur Isha, 29, of Modesto, was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on a $25,500 misdemeanor bench warrant for battery.
