Bar fight leads to misdemeanor warrant arrest Tuesday night

On Tuesday, August 16th, 2022, at 11:36 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported assault and battery in progress at The Udder Place, 110 W Main St, Turlock, involving three men and a security guard.

When officers arrived in the area, they found two of the involved men walking in the area and made contact with them, including Manuel Brock, 33, of Yucaipa.

During the course of the investigation, officers determined that no one wanted to be a victim of anything.

The officers had their dispatcher run the two and Brock returned with a misdemeanor $100,000 warrant out of Kings County for driving under the influence of drugs.

Due to the objective symptoms Brock was exhibiting, officers also determined that he was under the influence of alcohol to a point where he was unable to care for himself.

Brock was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of public intoxication and his warrant.
