On Friday, January 27th, 2023, at 9:58 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of W Main St and southbound State Route 99, Turlock, observed a bicyclist violating the California Vehicle Code, so he made a bicycle stop on him.
The officer made contact with and identified the bicyclist as Nicholas White, 43, of Ceres.
When the officer had his dispatcher run White, he discovered that he had two bench warrants. The first one was a no-bail felony local one for threatening to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, while the second one was a $5,000 misdemeanor one out of Stanislaus County for possession of methamphetamines.
White was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrants.
