At about 5:32pm Tuesday, Turlock Police, Turlock Fire, and American Medical Response responded to a traffic collision with injuries at E. Hawkeye Avenue and N. Daubenberger Road.
When units arrived on scene, they found a bicyclist down in the roadway, but sitting up and conscious. She’d been struck by a lifted pickup truck.
The bicyclist was transported by AMR to a local hospital with moderate injuries. The driver of the truck wasn’t injured.
It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
