Boy arrested on narcotics sales and weapon charges Tuesday afternoon

On Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, at 4:45 pm, Turlock Police investigators were conducting surveillance on a residence in the 1800 block of Amberwood Ln, Turlock, in an investigation involving a 15-year old boy and his on-going criminal activity, when they spotted the boy in close proximity to his residence.

Investigators made contact with and searched the boy pursuant to a search warrant that they had obtained and found that he was in possession of a concealed firearm that was loaded with an extended magazine.

Investigators then searched the boy’s residence, pursuant to that same search warrant, and found evidence of narcotics sales.

The boy was arrested and booked into Stanislaus County Juvenile Hall on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a large-capacity magazine, and possession of not more than 28.5 grams of cannabis or eight grams of concentrated cannabis.
