On Friday, November 11th, 2022, at 3:14 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported robbery that had just occurred in the 2400 block of Alta Vista St, Turlock.

Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim, who told them that there was a group of juveniles walking a dog without a leash, so he told them to put a leash on. The group confronted the victim and one of them took his headphones, before fleeing the scene.

Officers were able to make contact with a group of juveniles in the area, however, the one responsible for the robbery was not among them.

The same group had been causing issues earlier in the day in the Monte Vista Crossings area, however, no crimes had been committed at that point.

The investigation remains on-going.
