Call of noise disturbance turns into weapons offense

On Thursday, August 27th, 2020, at approximately 2:00 am, the Turlock Police Department received a call of a noise disturbance on Lambert Way. When officers arrived on scene, they located a vehicle occupied by two subjects with music blasting from it. As officers approached the vehicle, they spotted a handgun on the seat. Officers detained both subjects at gunpoint.

As officers were detaining them, they located a second firearm. Both firearms were loaded. The suspects, later identified as Amory Harris and Nicholas Lozano, were booked into Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on multiple charges, including, unlawful possession of a firearm.
