On Friday, November 25th, 2022, at 10:01 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported suspicious vehicle parked across the street from a residence in the 300 block of Fransil Ln, Turlock.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the vehicle occupied by a woman who originally gave them a fake name, however, she eventually admitted that she was really Angelina Dehaven Jimenez, 24, of Turlock.

When officers had their dispatcher run Jimenez, she returned with a $25,000 local misdemeanor bench warrant for domestic battery and was also on probation for assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and auto theft.

Jimenez was arrested and a subsequent search of her vehicle led to the discovery of pepper spray, which she is prohibited from possessing because she’s a convicted felon, and drug paraphernalia. Officers also found power tools that they suspected were stolen, however, they were never able to confirm that.

Jimenez was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of a tear gas weapon by a convicted felon or person convicted of an assault crime, falsely identifying to a peace officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as her warrant.
