Looking for a fun kids’ Spring Break activity that doesn’t involve a boatload of money or a relationship with the television and a couch?

The California State University, Stanislaus Warriors All-Sports Camp for the 2014 Spring Break session of April 21-25 is open for registration.

The camp offers athletic activities for children ages 5 to 13 including floor hockey, dodgeball, Frisbee golf, flag football, futsal, capture the flag, soccer, kick ball, obstacle courses, badminton, wiffle ball, team handball and many other games and fun activities.

Two options are available. Camp A is a half-day camp from 9 a.m. to noon for $85 and Camp B is a full-day camp from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $150. Lunch is not provided for Camp B.

Games and activities take place at Cal State Stanislaus Warrior Stadium and Fitzpatrick Arena.

Each day children will be placed in a group according to age, size and ability. Each group will experience a series of different activities every day, culminating in a mini-Olympic tournament on the final day.

The camp is geared toward fun and fitness, health education, providing expertise in sports, learning skills and techniques, introducing new sports and activities and teaching cooperation and teamwork.
