California State University, Stanislaus’ President Joseph F. Sheley will hold his fourth annual address Wednesday on campus. In his annual fall address, the president will speak to the campus community reviewing the University’s progress on its key goals, identifying challenges that lie in the year ahead, and setting a course for facing those challenges.
