Russell Giambelluca, Vice President for Business and Finance at CSU Stanislaus since 2009, announced he will retire at the end of this year. Giambelluca worked through the Great Recession to ensure the University’s finances were well managed and carried no serious deficit, and the CSU Stanislaus Foundation’s investments were stabilized so scholarships could still be awarded to students.
