Get those diapers ready for KYCC FM 89.1’s KYCC Diaper Dash Contest, benefiting the Turlock Pregnancy Center.
The community is invited to drop off diapers from 3 to 6 p.m. Jan. 23 at the Turlock Pregnancy Center, located at 134 Regis St, Ste. B in Turlock.
The diapers will go to babies and toddlers in need.
The Turlock Pregnancy Center will be competing against other pregnancy centers to see which community can donate the most diapers for their local pregnancy center.
Radio station KYCC FM 89.1 “Your Christian Companion” will host a live remote broadcast.
Turlock Pregnancy Center is a community outreach providing information, peer counseling and resources in support of life affirming choices and sexual responsibility.
The winner of the contest will be crowned the 2014 KYCC Diaper Diva.
Supporters such as Turlock's Reed Realty has reported that its real estate agents have collected over 7,300 diapers already.
