Let the barbecue madness commence!
The new Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, located at 3140 Countryside Dr. in Turlock's Monte Vista Crossings Shopping Center, will hold a grand opening celebration from Thursday through Saturday.
“We are excited to be a part of Dickey’s Barbecue and their continued growth in California,” said local owner Rafael Armenta, Jr. “Dickey’s Barbecue offers quality food that locals will enjoy, plus we have free soft serve.”
The first 50 dine-in customers on Thursday will receive a free gift card for up to $50.
On Friday, customers will enjoy a day full of Dickey’s Barbecue merchandise giveaways. The celebration continues Saturday with $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches and giveaways for a $500 gift card. Also, radio station KAT Country 103 will be on-site from 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.
Business partners Armenta and Martin Lopez have 20 years of combined experience in the restaurant business. They plan to open more Dickey’s Barbecue locations in the future.
Turlock's is the 42nd Dickey’s Barbecue Pit to open in California. Dickey’s is based in Dallas.
