Dispute Between Former Friends Leads to Trespassing Arrest

A female subject was arrested Sunday night for trespassing after returning to a property she had been previously asked to leave.

Turlock police responded to a residence on the 800 block of Grandview Circle at approximately 11:32 p.m. on the report of a disturbance.

A female subject, Jaclyn Kotulik, 28, had returned to the residence and was allegedly causing a disturbance after being told not to return by officers only hours before, according to the Turlock Police Department.

“[Kotulik] and the victim are no longer friends and she was advised not to return to the house,” said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

She was allegedly causing an argument when she returned to the residence, said Webb, adding that the victim has given Kotulik several chances prior to her arrest.

Kotulik was arrested for trespassing.
