On Monday, August 1st, 2022, at 4:52 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at Boardwalk Apartments, 950 W Zeering Rd, Turlock.

When officers arrived on scene, they were flagged down and pointed towards two men who were involved in the disturbance.

Officers made contact with the two and identified them as Christopher Thomason, 32, of New Mexico and Nathanial Witt, 32, of Missouri.

The officer had his dispatcher run both subjects and they returned with a combined ten warrants. Thomason returned with a misdemeanor warrant for a drug charge with a bail of over $150,000 and Witt returned with nine misdemeanor warrants for city ordinance and weapon charges.

Both subjects were arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on their warrants.
