On Friday, December 10th, 2021, at 5:45 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a reported disturbance in progress at Walmart, 2111 Fulkerth Rd, Turlock, where a male subject was inside the store drunk, yelling at employees, and wearing a jacket that he did not pay for.

When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with the subject, whose identity is currently unknown. He was originally compliant, but when officers attempted to arrest him for public intoxication, he resisted and a struggle ensued.

Eventually, with the use of a taser and additional officers, the subject was taken into custody.

He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on unknown charges after being medically cleared by American Medical Response at the scene for taser deployment,
