Emanuel Medical Center has announced its February schedule of classes and support groups. All of the classes are free (excluding healthcare provider certification classes) and open to the public, but preregistration is often required.

For childbirth and breastfeeding education classes it is recommended to sign up in advance of the start dates.

Jessica’s House (Grief Support for Children, Teens and Families)
When a family member dies, kids often feel alone. But grieving children, teens and their families can come together and share their experiences at Jessica's House.

The bi-monthly, hour-and-a-half sessions begin with a talking circle for children and teens and conclude with activities offered in the art studio and/or playroom. There is no set number of sessions; families are welcome to participate for as long as they feel support is needed.

The program is free but preregistration is required. For more information or to register for a group, call 209-250-5395.
