At about 6:55am Wednesday, Turlock Police responded to a drive-by shooting that had just occurred at W. Canal Drive and N. Broadway.

Some officers responded to the scene, while another met with the victim at a nearby business.

The victim reported that he’s a drop-out gang member whose been targeted in the past.

While walking today, the victim noticed a black Hyundai drive by him twice, and on the second pass, he claimed two passengers shot at him once each.

The victim wasn’t injured but stated he was scared and ran away from the area.

Back at the scene, officers didn’t locate any shell casings.
