Gostan Bebla, 85, died Oct. 2 at his home of natural causes.

Mr. Bebla was born May 1925 in Iran to the late Babajan and Sofia Bebla. He had a hard working career as a truck driver for over 40 years. He came to Turlock in 1985 and belonged to the St. Thomas Chaldean Church and the Assyrian American Civic Club. His favorite pass time with friends and family was to play dominoes.

He is survived by his loving wife, Narkiz Bebla; sons, Sam Bebleh and Robert Bebla, both of Turlock; daughter, Karmella Bebla of Turlock; sister, Abigel Natneil of Turlock; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
