After reportedly being seen at his home by a witness, the suspect of a hit and run was arrested on Nov. 1.

Sergio Inostros, 19, was arrested for hit and run.

Inostros was allegedly involved in a non-injury collision on Saturday evening on the 800 block of Golden State Boulevard, but allegedly fled the scene.

A witness reported seeing Inostros at his residence, and officers responded to the area.

Inostros was located at the residence and arrested.
