A male subject was arrested for a DUI after rolling his vehicle on Golden State Boulevard Wednesday afternoon, but escaped the accident with no injuries.
Cody Greenwood, 24, was traveling southbound on Golden State Boulevard at a high rate of speed around 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, said Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis.
Greenwood rolled his blue GMC multiple times near the Monte Vista Avenue intersection; Greenwood’s vehicle did not collide with any other vehicles.
When officers arrived, they found the vehicle still on it’s side, said Lewis. However, Greenwood did not sustain injuries in the accident.
Officers believed that Greenwood may have been intoxicated and conducted a field sobriety test that determined he had been driving under the influence, said Lewis.
Greenwood was arrested and cited for DUI.
