On Monday, August 8th, 2022, at 5:45 pm, the Turlock Police Department was dispatched to a security check at Donnelley Park, 600 Pedras Rd, Turlock, after a bystander had attempted to wake up a man laying face down on the ground next to the bathrooms but failed.

When officers arrived on scene, they made contact with a man later identified as Raymond Fajardo, 25, of Turlock, who had woken up.

The officers had their dispatcher run Fajardo and he returned with a local felony no bail warrant for resisting an executive officer with violence.

Fajardo has a history of resisting officers, sometimes with violence, and has had to have been placed in a “The WRAP” restraint device in the past. This time when officers attempted to arrest him, he did not resist and was peacefully taken into custody without incident.

Fajardo was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on his warrant.
