On Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, at 12:48 pm, a Turlock Police officer near the intersection of N Tully Rd and Henry Way, Turlock, noticed a man which he recognized as Raymond Fajardo, 26, of Turlock, and believed he had a warrant, so he had his dispatcher run him.

Sure enough, Fajardo returned with a local no bail felony bench warrant for obstructing or resisting an executive officer by means of threats or violence.

When the officer attempted to make contact with Fajardo, he took off running and a foot pursuit ensued.

Fajardo was eventually caught and arrested without further incident.

Fajardo was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of obstructing or resisting a peace officer or other public officer as well as his warrant.
